Two weeks ago I spun my second vegan art yarn (the first one was The Little Bumble Bee).
The yarn was a birthday present for my dear Pseudoerbse who is a vegan but loves to crochet. So I spun a yarn from linen in one of my favourite shades of red and added white ramie and sari silk. I didn't spun with sari silk for ages, but why? The effect is super! And I love the big beads.
Pseudoerbse said she hasn't the courage to crochet the yarn. But I hope she will make something nice out of it and will share the photos with us. Yarn is for using and you can't misdo something! ;-)
Das Garn ist toll! Aber gilt denn Seide tatsächlich als vegan? *grübel* ist ja ein Produkt der Seidenspinner, die für alle Qualitäten außer Wildseide draufgehen, soweit ich weiß. Keine Ahnung, aus was für Seide Saris sind.

Da hab ich tatsächlich nicht dran gedacht... Ich speichere Sariseide nie unter Seide im Kopf. Dumm eigentlich.

Sie hat mir Fotos versprochen und die zeige ich hier dann natürlich gerne. Finde ich immer spannend, was andere aus meinen Garnen machen.
